In this blog I’ll post recipes to successful meals cooked on trips. I try my best to stay away from pre-packaged dehydrated meals as I often find they are pretty pricey and don’t always taste that great. As well, personally having a gluten sensitivity, I try to stick to gluten free meals (rice pasta can taste good!).
You’ll be amazed at what you can buy dehydrated in your local grocery store, making gourmet meal cooking easier then you think. Add in a bag of wine and you’ll be glamping before you know it!
